• Meets This Week!

  • 1st League Dual Meet vs Westview on Thursday 3/26

    • Location - Westview High School

    • Start Time - 4PM All Events

    • Early release @ 1:30 PM - Athletes should talk to their teaches about missing class

    • Athletes must ride the bus to and from the meet

    • Athlete Entries - TBD

      • We will move through this meet as quickly as possible. Event start times will vary based on the number of heats in each event

      • There are Varsity and JV levels at this meet. Because we are not the host school, we will be limited on entries. We will make every attempt to get as many athletes at least 1 event.

  • Mt Carmel Invite

    • Location - Mt Carmel High School

    • Start Time - 10AM Field Events, 10AM Track Events - Athletes should arrive 1.5 hours before their scheduled event

• Seniors

  • Senior Pictures were rescheduled to Monday 3/15 at the beginning of practice

• Practice is Mandatory Monday - Friday 4-6PM

  • Practice is never cancelled, we meet rain or shine. If it is actively raining we meet at the lunch tables.

  • Athlete who are in a winter sport should not attend practice until their winter sport has concluded.

  • We meet in the South End of the Stadium

  • Athletes should wear workout clothes and appropriate running shoes

  • Athletes need to bring their own water bottle

  • Athletes must be cleared in Home Campus to Participate

• Team Rules/Varsity Letter Requirements were due Wednesday February 25th

  • Team Rules/Varsity Letter Requirements Form can be found HERE

  • Athlete who have not turned in that form will not be permitted to compete

• If you have to miss practice, you must fill out the absence form HERE 24 hours in advance.
